They do not constitute professional advice. For specific issues, particularly those of a legal, medical, financial, or psychological nature, the mentee should consult with a qualified professional.

3. Confidentiality: While the mentor will strive to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information, there are limitations. Confidentiality may not be guaranteed in situations where disclosure is required by law or where the mentor believes there is a risk of harm to the mentee or others.

6. Termination of Services: Both the mentor and mentee have the right to terminate the mentoring relationship at any time for any reason. The mentee agrees to notify the mentor promptly if they wish to discontinue the mentoring sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the mentor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the mentoring services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
