I know it's sad but I really like compliance.  Pre-kids I worked at a major retailer and was responsible for their Risk Management that involved folders and folders of Standard Operating Procedures, writing and implementing policies and training of staff.

Fast forward to my time at several RTO's in both Administration and in teaching the Diploma of Remedial Massage and I have learnt that not all courses are trained to the same level.  Most massage therapists genuinely want to do the right thing, but often don't know what that is.

I'm the one that can help you.  If you want to do it all yourself, I can give  you the resources and links so you can DIY, or if you prefer, I can do it all for you.

Total Compliance Solution  $200

I will go through the full compliance check with you and provide you with up to date Polices and Procedures for your practice.  These will be fully customized to reflect your work practices and I will even brand them with your logo and provide them in an editable format for allow you to easily update them.

Supplied documents will include the National Code signage applicable to your state (if available), Privacy Policy and Procedure, Infection Control Policy and Procedure, Complaints and informed consent for inclusion in your Client Intake form.

This service is ideal for sole practitioners or contractors.  If you require support for multiple practitioners or a multi modality clinic, please contact Massage Training Australia for a quote.

DIY Compliance documents $60

​Receive our "Word" document bundle with the compliance documents you will need for your Australian based Massage Business. 

 

Includes easy editable Privacy, Infection Control, Cancellation, Refunds, complaints and gift voucher policies and procedures.

One-on-one compliance training  $80 per hour (min 2 hrs)

For the established therapist that may need some mentoring and refreshing of skills to be compliant with Association and National Code requirements.

 

This training program will be tailored to meet your specific compliance requirements - whether it be up skilling in the area of report writing, general business practices, following the National Privacy Principles or meeting the requirements of the National Code of Conduct.

If have been given specific feedback by your Association or a Health Fund in response to an audit, we will be able to analyse the issues and develop an action plan for you to submit for review.  We will give you specific tasks and assignments to do to ensure that you are totally up to speed with the standards required.

This program is not a "quick fix" simply to pass an audit. We will go back to basics with report writing and compliance topics and make sure you have the skills required to operate in a safe, ethical and compliant manner.

Newbie Practice set up and support (approx $80 per hr)*

Newly graduated with your qualification but not sure what to do now?  I understand how hard it is setting up a practice or knowing if a "job" you have been offered is legitimate.

That's why I am offering a "pay as you go" program where I can help you learn what you need to do when first setting out on your own.  No need to pay big mentoring fees up front.  We can tackle it a little bit at a time, over as long as you like. 

Take some of the financial pressure out of starting out.  I can help you navigate through all the forms and policies you need when you are starting. at a pace that suits you.

*price varies depending upon the support required.  I'm happy to organise a payment plan if required as I understand upfront payment is not always an option when starting out.
